Cecilie Bahnsen is looking for a PR intern to join our team in Copenhagen, starting as soon as possible

This opportunity will provide you with insight into the luxury fashion industry on a global scale, as well as provide hands on experience at a rapidly growing business.

Your daily work will include a variety of assignments, you will be working across several departments and coordinate multiple projects and tasks.

Duration of internship: 4-6 months.

Your tasks:

• Assisting with sample send outs for global editorial shoots and VIP loans, whilst learning the use of Launchmetrics as a key PR tool
• Assisting with gifting for key launches, which will involve researching for new talent and the distribution of gifting units
• Assisting with weekly press clippings and reports, including monitoring print and digital media outlets alongside social platforms
• Assisting in planning and executing Paris Fashion Week and other brand events
• Conducting research work to support the PR workflow including managing cultural calendars such as awards season
• Showroom organisation and assisting with fittings

Your competencies

• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
• Competency using Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Willingness to work independently whilst supporting the wider team in a collaborative environment
• Time management and organisational skills as well as attention to detail are central to this role
• Strong interest in luxury fashion, with a particular interest in magazines / publications
• Interest and knowledge of social media and the talent landscape
• Thrives in a fast paced environment with a calm and flexible approach
• Available to work three days a week from our Copenhagen office
